Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), particularly in the areas of Time & Attendance (T&A) and Payroll. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing small project/enhancement requests related to our HRIS systems and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and offshore development partners.

Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in HRIS systems, with a focus on Time & Attendance and Payroll modules. Proficiency in Workforce Software T&A is preferred but not mandatory; experience with other HRIS platforms is valuable.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage small project/enhancement requests through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initiation to deployment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, and Legal teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and prioritize detailed project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, processes, and outcomes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project details, progress, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Offshore Development: Collaborate with offshore development teams, providing clear and concise requirements, and ensuring successful project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and proactively propose solutions to ensure the success of HRIS projects.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on HR and Payroll regulations and legal requirements to ensure HRIS systems adhere to all necessary standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on HRIS, T&A, and Payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and offshore partners.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • HRIS certification (e.g., HRCI, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

Primary Location Pay Range: $103,000 - $114,000 per year
Benefits:
1099/Contractors: No benefits
