About the Role

It is truly an exciting time at IronNet. We are building a world-class marketing team that will lay, and scale, our digital demand generation foundation. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing, we are seeking an individual who can provide hands-on support with our digital programs. As we build out our digital programs, we will need your expertise to help drive executional excellence across paid media, email including nurture, campaign optimization and performance reporting. In short, we want someone that can help drive measurable, digital growth. Might this be you?

As the Demand Generation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of the growth engine we’re building. Whether it’s helping build a digital marketing program, identifying new opportunities for promotion, optimizing an email nurture track or providing analysis on the effectiveness of our digital programs, you will be front and center on our demand gen initiatives. In this role, you will work across our key verticals, including our content team to identify opportunities for messaging and ad targeting differentiation. As we grow, so will you.

In this role, you should expect to:
  • Help build and manage digital marketing programs aligned to target audiences, inclusive of paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video and support ABM strategies.
  • Deliver ongoing optimization within paid programs.
  • Have a curiosity to drive incremental performance improvements across paid channels.
  • Provide analytical and reporting support to the team inclusive of building dashboards, providing performance analysis and recommendations.
  • Support team by providing competitive research, identifying potential new promotional opportunities, executing split and multivariate tests and reporting on their results.
  • Help with email generation, including building rules-based nurture tracks.
  • Support strategic ad-hoc programs, including events-based promotion.
  • Provide daily performance checks within our core marketing platforms.
  • Have strong attention to detail. 
You may be a good fit if you have:
  • 2-4 years experience in a digital marketing role
  • Experience in marketing and email platforms - HubSpot experience is a bonus
  • Experience managing digital programs using a combination of paid search, paid social, content syndication, ABM, programmatic display and video
  • Experience building reporting dashboards and providing quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Experience developing split and multivariate tests for digital media and/or email
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • B2B experience within tech, software or IT. Cybersecurity is a bonus.
  • A passion for making an exceptional customer experience comprised of a series of digital touch points
  • Strong verbal and written skills. You should be able to communicate articulately and with concision.
