Join IQ Group as a Senior Consultant (Superannuation & Advice)
IQ Group is seeking Senior Business Analysts with strong superannuation / Insurance a experience to join our consulting team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our superannuation clients optimise operations, improve member outcomes, and deliver compliant, efficient advice solutions.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in superannuation, with a focus on business analysis, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Advice/adviser knowledge — able to interpret advice processes, identify gaps, and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping skills, with experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
- Ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders, financial advisers, and superannuation trustees to ensure business needs are clearly defined and delivered.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with experience working in project and consulting environments.
