Change Analyst – Superannuation
6-Month Contract Opportunity | Melbourne
We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Melbourne Consulting practice on a 6month contract. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering change across a range of consulting engagements, supporting our clients to successfully adopt new workplace technologies and transformation initiatives.
You will work across projects at varying stages of delivery, contributing to the development and execution of Change Strategies, Approaches and Plans to drive strong user adoption, sustained engagement, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end change initiatives, including training, communications, change network enablement, behavioural change plans, and adoption measurement.
- Operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels of change management.
- Articulate a compelling case for change and coach Change Sponsors on messaging, influence, and behaviour modelling for their teams.
- Apply change tools and techniques, including impact assessments, risk analyses, and readiness assessments, to prioritise and tailor change interventions.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and client change delegates to ensure an integrated and holistic change approach.
- Establish and report on qualitative and quantitative measures to track adoption, engagement, and benefits realisation.
- Lead and support complex change initiatives within regulated and transformation-driven environments.
You will succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst or Change Manager, ideally within Superannuation or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering change initiatives across complex programs.
- Strong capability in both strategic change design and hands-on delivery.
- Experience working in or alongside agile delivery environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence senior leaders.
