About the Role:      
IPSY is looking for a Senior Manager, Creative Growth MarketingAs a leader within IPSY’s Growth team, you will be responsible for driving development and execution of customer acquisition creative strategies across marketing channels – paid and owned. We’re looking for a data-driven creative strategist who is a natural collaborator, with a proficiency in brainstorming and testing ideas grounded in campaign insights.   
You’ll work to inspire, challenge, and motivate teams to develop breakthrough consumer marketing communications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll need to have proven expertise in thinking platform-first and keen understanding of the best practices for creative assets to drive action, whether that be on Facebook, TikTok, display, Hulu, or YouTube.       
This highly visible role position reports to the SVP of Growth and can be fully remote.      
What You’ll Be Doing: 
  • Lead creative strategy, defining and leading the performance marketing agenda, establishing data-driven targets, goals, and objectives for our creative assets across Growth marketing campaigns      
  • Continually generate fresh, innovative ideas for customer acquisition  campaigns, staying ahead of industry trends and maintaining our competitive edge      
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer target’s mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform strong creative development      
  • Act as a liaison between the Growth team and the Creative team to ensure a cohesive and effective performance advertising strategy is implemented across our paid and owned channels      
  • Analyze performance data from our campaigns, with our media buyers, to understand the effectiveness of our creatives and identify opportunities for optimization.      
  • Build a roadmap to test a wide range of concepts and know how to find winners; explain why creative decisions are being made and why test results drive the next iteration      
  • Leverage insights from data analysis to inform the creative process, ensuring that our advertisements are designed to maximize ROI   

  What We’re Looking For: 

  • 5+ years of growth-creative experience in a lead level, in either a creative-focused agency or in-house at a leading brand, executing projects independently      
  • Proven success within eCommerce / subscription-based brands / D2C marketing (agency or brand side)      
  • Experience managing end-to-end creative development for performance marketing assets, with ability to effectively communicate creative concept ideas to designers and writers      
  • Ability to react and adapt to data, research, and analytics to create the most effective campaigns      
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and experience working with analytics platforms to understand customer data, performance digital marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and testing/optimization techniques      
  • Proven success in developing campaigns across all established and emerging ad platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, CTV, Email, and Landing Pages      
  • Experience working with numerous stakeholders; within an agency and also other areas of the business

For United States Remote Roles: Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states where IPSY has established a Business presence to be eligible for hire: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Washington and Wyoming.      
      
Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000 USD      
      
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, IPSY also offers a bonus, equity grants and competitive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
