About the Role:
This highly visible role will be responsible for the financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of IPSY free cash flow (FCF) critical components and operating expenses, through close collaborations with business finance teams across IPSY. The Finance Manager will dive deep to gain a comprehensive understanding of the drivers of free cash flow and operating expense analysis and deliver insightful analyses and narratives to IPSY’s CFO, CEO, and the executive leadership team. The Finance Manager drives key projects and will be a key business partner to the business finance teams, Finance Operations, Accounting, and Tax. We are looking for an experienced finance professional who is adaptable, capable of exercising high judgment and making informed decisions, and insists on the highest standards.
This position reports to the Director, Corporate FP&A and can be fully remote, but the person must be based near one of our offices in San Mateo, CA, Pembroke Pines, FL, or Santa Monica, CA because it will require occasional travel to the office to meet with teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage IPSY’s Long Term Operating Model (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cashflow Statements)
- Lead executive level free cash flow (FCF) related projects and report actual FCF and P&L data and related variance analysis to plan
- Build executive level presentations highlighting the quarterly financial results and related guidance ranges
- Present ad hoc business analysis and recommendations to Finance and Executive leadership
- Recommend and deliver improvements and provide scoping documents for system and process enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or similar discipline (CPA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, analytics, or investment banking (supporting cross-functional teams with progressive advancement within the Finance organization); M&A experience preferred
- Strong experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and public auditing
- Rigorously detail-oriented; always checks work and takes pride in producing exceptional deliverables
- Outstanding software and system skills; extensive experience with Financial Planning software (e.g. Adaptive or similar) and working knowledge of NetSuite (or similar ERP) and Google Sheets/Slides

For United States Remote Roles: Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states where IPSY has established a Business presence to be eligible for hire: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, IPSY also offers a bonus, equity grants and competitive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
