About the Role:

We are looking for a 3PL Operations Lead to support our inbound, fulfillment/warehousing, and distribution operations at our 3PL facility in Fort Worth, Texas! This role is highly collaborative supporting both the 3PL relationship and interacting with other areas within IPSY including Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Product/Engineering, and several others. The position requires experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, systems, and familiarity with Excel (Access and SQL knowledge is a bonus). What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support 3PL’s day-to-day operations including our monthly subscription production cycle
  • Ensure consistency of all operational processes: inbound receipts and outbound shipments, production (kitting and labeling operations, order fulfillment), and quality control
  • Support productivity and process improvement initiatives at the 3PL
  • Build and execute a monthly production and shipping schedules
  • Audit invoices and provide allocations
  • Ensure SLAs are met; identify deviations and risks
  • Analyze and provide input on KPIs and monthly monitoring process
  • Provide recommendations and/or instruction to 3PL on how to resolve operational issues
  • Act as liaison between the 3PL and IPSY's teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Supply Chain, Operations Management, etc.)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in or exposure to warehousing operations; direct to consumer experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience working with warehousing/fulfillment 3PLs and/or other suppliers, including parcel distribution partners
  • Understanding of technology, especially WMS systems, and other warehouse/order management applications
  • Proficient with Excel and experience completing basic analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Flexible demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Worked in an entrepreneurial environment
