Responsibilities & Expectations: 

The HRIS Coordinator provides administrative and system support for the HRIS team, ensuring accurate employee data management and smooth operation of Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role involves handling data entry, reporting, and user support while developing expertise in HR systems and technologies. The HRIS Coordinator will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, support HR processes, and enhance system functionality.

 

  • Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of employee records
  • Assist with user support, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance or training on HRIS functionality
  • Act as a primary point of contact for triaging system-related inquiries
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data quality within the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus)
  • Generate standard reports and assist with data analysis for HR and business leaders
  • Support the HR Projects Team with day-to-day HRIS-related activities, data entry, and process improvement
  • Assist in developing and maintaining HRIS documentation, guidelines, and process manuals
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of enhancement
  • Support compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
  • Provide customer service support to internal stakeholders, ensuring positive user experiences
  • stay current on HRIS trends and best practices through training and self-learning
  • collaborate with People Operations team and assist in additional HR projects as needed

 

 

Qualifications and Competencies: 

  • 0-3 years of professional experience in data management, HR support, or administrative roles. Previous HRIS experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level required)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now experience preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HR principles is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
