Responsibilities & Expectations:

The Operations Manager is responsible of the overall service centers day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include:

        Empower and influence others to adapt proper practices into their regular work duties by demonstrating leadership and expertise.

        Manage all short and medium-range tasks for the service center.

        Ensure teams are working safely and are up to date on training required.

        Create, explain and support service quotes for customers.

        Coordinate with customers to understand deadlines and work to meet expectations.

        Promote and advance Continuous improvement framework and a culture of continuous improvement.

        Act as a technical resource for the service center to solve problems and advance capabilities.

        Create and distribute customer reports.

        Work to provide and Unmatched Customer Experience with all our efforts.

        Work with the General Manager to ensure safety, quality, service and profitability of the service center.

 

Qualifications and Competencies:

        Have a minimum of 5 to 10 years relevant experience, ideally in an industrial plant /operations or electrical service center role.

        5+ years supervisory experience.

        Electric motor industry experience preferred.

        Valid Driver’s License

        Analyzing, organizational and decision-making skills

        Strong attention to detail and customer service driven

        Excellent Oral/Written Communication

        Effective computer skills

        Understanding of general good business processes/practices
