Responsibilities & Expectations:

Are you a creative, self-driven individual ready to launch your career in marketing? Integrated Power Systems (IPS) is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our fast-growing business. In this role, you'll work closely with marketing leadership to help build brand awareness and enable sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with 1-3 years of experience to grow and thrive in a stable, supportive environment while contributing to exciting marketing initiatives in the industrial services industry.

 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll be a key player in supporting corporate marketing communications, working with in-field marketing business partners, and collaborating with eCommerce/tech teams to develop strategies, manage projects, and coordinate impactful marketing activities.

  • Project Management: Manage and organize multiple ongoing marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring everything stays on track and meets deadlines.
  • Communication: Leverage your strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate tasks and collaborate with team members and vendors, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the marketing team and other departments to understand company capabilities, customer needs, and industry trends. You’ll be a connector who helps get things done.
  • Creativity: Bring fresh ideas to the table! Your creativity will help shape the marketing team's approach, elevate projects, and contribute to the overall brand aesthetic.
  • Analytics: Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and programs, using data to recommend changes that improve results and impact.
  • Sales Support: Help the team create tools, channels, and events that make the sales process more effective and impactful, both at the corporate and regional levels.
  • Innovation: Stay curious and continuously seek out new ways to innovate marketing practices, tools, and campaigns. Your proactive ideas will help us keep pushing forward.

Qualifications and Competencies: 

  • Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a coordinator or generalist role. We’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow in a marketing career, with a foundation in project management, communications, and campaign support.
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for learning.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus, but we can help you develop these skills further.
