Responsibilities and Expectations:
The Sales Representative is responsible for the effective sales efforts in their assigned area. This position will be expected to develop new customer accounts, advise customers on service center capabilities, and introduce new services to customers.
- Strategic Sales Generation: Develop and implement sales generation strategies, optimizing processes to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Sales Presentation Mastery: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations, focusing on product benefits and suitability.
- Present proposals to customers: Achieve sales targets utilizing sales techniques, policies and philosophies of the company, and service center capabilities
- Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discussions with prospective customers to assess their needs and evaluate potential for sales conversion.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Leadership Support: Provide guidance and support to team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team success.
- Professional Development: Actively engage in professional development activities to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.

- Proven track record of success in outside sales roles.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at optimizing operations and driving efficiencies.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactical sales plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Electrical and electro-mechanical component function knowledge.

Other requirements:
- Travel within Northern Ontario and Northern Manitoba around 70% of the time
- 30% of the time working from home
