Sr. Accountant Tax

Finance Limassol, Cyprus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all the TAX / VAT work for Group’s subsidiaries in Cyprus, US, UK, Germany and Switzerland
  • Ensure compliance with TAX / VAT laws and regulations
  • Effective communication with geographical tax providers and authorities
  • Preparation for the statutory audit engagements (financial statements (including consolidated ones), collection of supporting evidence for the audits, etc.)
  • Involve in Transfer Pricing projects, calculations
  • Involve in other company’s projects

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/International Tax and any other relevant qualifications
  • ACA / ACCA or ADIT required
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant experience (tax & audit)
  • Excellent command of Greek and English languages
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and TAX / VAT
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRSs is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of TAX legislation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
