In this role, you will work with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to develop and execute digital marketing tactics that market IPM’s services, increase IPM’s brand visibility and strength, and drive lead/demand generation in the digital realm.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage IPM’s marketing automation platforms and identify ways to fully leverage their capabilities.
  • Create and disseminate email campaigns, including drip and nurture campaigns, that optimize engagement and minimize unsubscribes.
  • Maintain and update CRM and marketing automation databases, based on marketing activity and audience engagement; maintain segmented lists and pull dynamic lists as needed.
  • Monitor, collect, and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns and website activity. Assess effectiveness against goals and benchmarks.
  • Create, build, and maintain webpages in content management system (CMS) and drive website activity through SEO.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Well versed in marketing automation and CRM best practices (Pardot and Salesforce are preferred)
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress
  • Experience managing marketing email, SEO/SEM, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication and writing skills

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • BS or BA degree in marketing or related studies
  • 4 years + of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, and/or SEM
  • Experience in professional services marketing is a plus
