A day in the life…
Wondering what a day in the life of Marketing Administrative Coordinator at The Iowa Clinic might look like?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and communications requests, ensuring proper prioritization, routing, tracking, and completion.
- Coordinate and distribute creative requests (design, content, digital, print, signage, photography, website, and promotional materials) to appropriate team members.
- Support clinic visits and events by managing logistics, preparing and distributing materials, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Process and track invoices, maintain documentation, and assist with budget and reconciliation activities.
- Manage promotional items and apparel, including inventory, ordering, storage organization, and distribution.
- Provide administrative and operational support for initiatives, meetings, events, and community activities, including scheduling, logistics, and project follow-up.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support efficient operations.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Qualifications
- 1 year of work experience in administrative, creative traffic management, project management or marketing.
- Demonstrated computer competency required including Canva, Asana, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous healthcare experience is not required.
