A day in the life…

Wondering what a day in the life of Customer Support Supervisor in OB/GYN at The Iowa Clinic might look like?

• Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative functions to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Manage front desk, scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and telephone operations.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
• Monitor billing, coding, charge posting, denials, and accounts payable to support revenue cycle accuracy.
• Partner with physicians, leadership, and billing teams to identify and resolve operational and financial issues.
• Assist with budget development and monitor clinic financial performance.
• Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and support clinic staff in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate in leadership meetings, committees, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, professional, and patient-focused environment while supporting team members as needed.

This job might be for you if…

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office setting required. 
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
