- Work on a number of different computer operations
- Answer daily help desk calls to IT (60+ calls/day)
- Respond to and diagnose computer software problems with end user
- Typically, able to resolve fewer complex issues immediately while more complex problems are assigned to second level support personnel
- Maintain daily backups for all systems
- Add new users to all systems for IT
The schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday, based around the hours of 7am - 5pm (8-hour days) in West Des Moines.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical/Vocational degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Two years previous working knowledge of computer operations required
