A day in the life…
Wondering what a day in the life of an Employee Benefits & HRIS Specialist at The Iowa Clinic might look like? Support employee benefit administration, manage the FMLA and ADA processes, be a go to resource for employee questions, facilitate new hire orientation and assist with HRIS system tasks, reporting and auditing. 
This job might be for you if you have…
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration or related field.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP and/or CEBS a plus.
  • 2-4 years of previous experience with benefit program administration and HR systems support required.
