A day in the life… 
Wondering what a day in the life of an Operations Director for Medical Imaging at The Iowa Clinic might look like?  
  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple locations and staff.  
  • Is responsible for program/service planning and development, financial performance, technical management, strategic planning and execution, process improvement, service excellence and patient satisfaction
  • Ensures the operations of all locations reflect the mission and values of the organization.
  • Requires high level communication and customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with physicians, staff, clinic leaders, colleagues, patients and others.
  • Is an integral member of the Operations leadership team
Minimum Requirements  
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or health care related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required; master’s degree preferred
  • 5 years of leadership experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting
