A day in the life…
Wondering what a day in the life of Marketing Operations Lead at The Iowa Clinic might look like?
- Partner with the Director of Marketing & Communications and agency partners to develop annual marketing plans and budgets inclusive of paid, owned and earned channels.
- Manage agency partners and external vendors, providing direction, prioritization and oversight to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively, on time and within budget.
- Lead the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that support organizational, service line and growth objectives.
- Serve as lead for Salesforce marketing initiatives, including campaign development, workflow management, reporting, audience segmentation and stakeholder coordination.
- Serve as project manager for internal service line marketing requests and Clinic marketing campaigns while working collaboratively with team members, agency partners and vendors to ensure accurate and timely execution according to deadlines.
- Lead website redevelopment projects and oversee the strategic website roadmap and development.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, digital engagement metrics and campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimization.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or related field.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in an agency or internal team setting with project/campaign management experience.
- Demonstrated computer competency required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Project management certification and/or digital experience, Asana, Salesforce experience a plus but not required.
