A day in the life..

Serves as the Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Representative for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Department. Facilitates quality assurance, training, data integrity, bank reconciliation, claim submission, statement submission, daily and weekly reporting, claim scrubbing and contract management for the staff and clinics concerning RCM.

Will have a clear understanding of the RCM processes and be able to provide training and QA activities to fellow staff members. Will provide report tools to assist in the day-to-day management of the entire process. The overall purpose is to resolve accounts in a time efficient process with limited errors.

This position will be Monday - Friday based around the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM located at the billing office in West Des Moines, IA.


-High school diploma or equivalent
-Three to five years previous experience working with medical billing and/or insurance claims processing
-Medical coding and terminology required
-Previous data entry or business experience required
-Excellent communication skills required
-Billing/Coding Certification preferred
