Clinically Integrated Network Specialist (Full-Time)
Description
The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) Specialist to coordinate the delivery, execution, and tracking of provider group information and agreements within our Clinically Integrated Network. This role supports value-based applications and payer agreements while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and CIN member organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing activities for CIN participants in collaboration with the Physician Care Network team.
- Organize, maintain, and track network participation and payer agreements.
- Coordinate with payers and provider groups for population health initiatives and joint operating committee meetings.
- Support completion of Commercial, Government, and Medicare Advantage value-based applications.
- Develop and distribute population health reports to monitor cost and quality performance.
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing and scheduling meetings.
- Stay current on CMS changes and implement strategies for success.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Healthcare preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in population health, health insurance, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, analytics tools, and project management software.
