Description

The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) Specialist to coordinate the delivery, execution, and tracking of provider group information and agreements within our Clinically Integrated Network. This role supports value-based applications and payer agreements while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and CIN member organizations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing activities for CIN participants in collaboration with the Physician Care Network team.
  • Organize, maintain, and track network participation and payer agreements.
  • Coordinate with payers and provider groups for population health initiatives and joint operating committee meetings.
  • Support completion of Commercial, Government, and Medicare Advantage value-based applications.
  • Develop and distribute population health reports to monitor cost and quality performance.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing and scheduling meetings.
  • Stay current on CMS changes and implement strategies for success.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Healthcare preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in population health, health insurance, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in spreadsheets, analytics tools, and project management software.
