Description
Any unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles submitted to e-mail accounts of employees of Insurance Office of America, hereafter referred to as IOA, or any of its subsidiaries are considered property of IOA for recruiting purposes and are not subject to payment of agency fees. In order to be an authorized vendor for IOA, any such agency must have an existing formal written agreement signed by an authorized IOA HR leader and an active working relationship with the organization. Resumes must be submitted according to our candidate submission process, which includes being actively engaged by IOA on the particular search by a member of our Talent Acquisition Team. Likewise, for our authorized Vendors, if the candidate submission process is not followed, no agency fees will be paid by IOA or our subsidiaries.
