This position is located in-office at the DeSoto Branch - 1801 N Hampton Rd, DeSoto, TX 75115  

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing customer transactions, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment. You will be the face of our company and your friendly, professional attitude is essential in building customer relationships. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are key to helping customers with their financial needs.  
  
Job Responsibilities  
  • Greet customers upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous service
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide appropriate information
  • Refer customers to the appropriate staff for further assistance
  • Maintain a clean and professional work station
  • Adhere to all security procedures and regulations to minimize risk
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Cross-sell bank products and services to customers
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for product and process improvements
  • Ensures compliance with established Bank policies and procedures.  Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and related laws as they pertain to the Bank Secrecy Act in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Information Program.
Job Requirements  
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Teller / CSR & Cash handling experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to accurately handle and count money
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to adhere to policies and procedures
  • Ability to learn banking regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
