Regional Sales Manager - Spain & Portugal
Location: Madrid, Spain
 
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, EMEA this person will serve in an individual contributor role responsible for driving B2B enterprise level sales growth in the Spain & Portugal regions.  This person will increase revenue from existing accounts and add new national retail customers. The markets we serve include telco/mobile carriers and their dealer networks and large multi-store retailers including Hypermarkets, Consumer Electronic Chains, DIY, Grocery, Health & Beauty, Sporting Goods, Discount Chains and other vertical markets.  In addition, this person will coach and direct InVue’s third party business partner-reseller network in the Spain & Portugal regions. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieves revenue targets, new product sales goals, and gross margin goals across all InVue product categories
  • Create and execute direct sales and business partner strategies to acquire new customers and open new vertical markets
  • Create and execute direct sales and business partner strategies to penetrate deeper into current strategic customers-working across multiple departments, establishing relationships at the highest levels, and gaining customer adoption of new products and solutions
  • Support the achievement of key organization targets, including revenue and margin growth, accurate forecasting, and expansion of customer accounts
  • Provide customer feedback, market trends, competitor activity, and product insights to assist with development and prioritization of InVue’s product roadmaps.
  • Liaise with regional product managers to ensure that market trends are recognized, the customer voice is heard.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in-order to drive business development in the Spain & Portugal regions.    
  • Report on competitive threats, competitive pricing, customer concerns, and market dynamics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 7+ years' experience achieving annual B2B revenue of $5million plus USD
  • Experience coaching and directing third party business partners
  • Clear track record of acquiring new customers and bringing new products to market
  • Has developed VP-level and C-level relationships within existing and new B2B customers
  • Gained adoption of new products and product categories within existing customers
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 60%+ with no restrictions on international travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree
