Description

The Installation Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of project implementation, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. This role involves planning, scheduling, documentation, communication, and quality control to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule installation activities, ensuring alignment with client and team availability.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including training records and project plans.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Tracking Shipments: Monitor and track shipments of equipment and materials to ensure timely delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Training: Provide training and support to clients and field technicians as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process to keep projects on track.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industry software and hardware.

Working Conditions:

  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required to client sites.
  • Work Environment: Office-based with some on-site work as needed.
