Description

The Human Resources Business Partner will support both domestic and international employees across the globe.  The position provides HR support for benefits, training, and employee relations. This is broad global human resources position high energy, inquisitive problem solving, raw intelligence, maturity and a strong results and detail orientation.

 

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Provide knowledge and expertise to the company’s managers and employees on human resource policies, plans, programs, practices and processes
  • Maintain knowledge of domestic and international HR policies, programs, laws and issues and handle the integration of all such programs
  • Establish credibility throughout the organization with management and the employees in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of issues
  • Responsible for providing hands on execution for company-wide and location specific human resource functions such as.
    • Retirement programs
    • Benefits enrollment and changes
    • Relocation planning
    • Employment and regulatory compliance
    • Training and Performance Management
  • Develop and execute training programs for employees and managers

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in benefits, training and employee relations
  • International experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify strategic needs within the organization
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding
  • Must be self- directed, have excellent initiatives and organizational skills
  • Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially excel
