Operations Account Manager

Description

Your mission is to provide operational expertise & processes to our most strategic customers and the field sales teams who support them, to ensure we meet or exceed our customer’s expectations of service, support and delivery.  To achieve this, you will act as a trusted advisor to both customers and field sales teams and have a high level of engagement on all product and demand needs.  You will serve as a liaison between these customers and InVue internal department to deliver customer requirements on time and in alignment with the InVue brand.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Success of daily, weekly and monthly operational performance measurements
  • Day to Day support of operations topics
  • Execution of all demand requirements of the customer
  • Leading direct customer engagements on project execution details
  • Active participation in business account plans for continued growth within a customer
  • Support sales team with quotes, project management, inventory research, install planning/scheduling, test follow-up, customer meetings, etc.
  • Project leader for the implementation of new customers, addition of InVue product lines to existing customers, and product roll outs
  • Respond to customer requests and lead customer projects
  • Maintain, develop & customize demand planning tools with customer
  • Provide customers with alternative solutions to requests when appropriate
  • Acts as a liaison between the client and internal InVue teams, including Supply Chain
  • Collaborate and assist with problem resolution and trouble shooting
  • Provide exceptional customer service through ongoing customer delivery and client satisfaction
  • Own custom products/ECR changes for assigned customer
  • Coordinate as needed custom parts with Sales and Engineering for rollouts
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer meetings, in person or via conference call, and prepares materials, agendas and presentations, and customer reports
  • Serves as a key resource and may serve as a subject matter expert to customers
  • Comprehends competitors’ products, industry trends, and other developments impacting business
  • Firm knowledge of InVue’s products and product instructions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA degree preferred and 5-7 years of experience
  • Extensive experience managing complex client accounts and relationships
  • Teamplayer who can work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritizes deadlines appropriately
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated strong cross-functional people skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem resolution and account management

 

Required skills:

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • MS office skills with excellence on Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • AS400 experience (or similar systems)
