Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for both internal employees and external customers, including channel partners. This role requires the development of engaging and effective training materials that seamlessly integrate into various Learning Management Systems (LMS). The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers and partners are proficient in utilizing our hardware and software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for internal employees, external customers, and channel partners.
  • Create engaging training content, including product instructions, videos, and other educational materials, tailored to specific user needs and skill levels.
  • Integrate training materials seamlessly into customers' Learning Management Systems (LMS) for efficient and user-friendly access.
  • Update and refresh existing training content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in line with the evolving needs of the market and our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback to continuously enhance the quality and impact of training materials.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to incorporate relevant and innovative training methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of IoT technologies, hardware, and software solutions, particularly in the context of the retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training content.
  • Proficiency in integrating training materials into various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
