A high-energy and focused leader in coordinating and integrating complex projects that involve multi-layer of organizations (within internal & external) to ensure works are completed, tasks are executed effectively and efficiently; and processes are established for future project executions.

  • Coordinating communication and activities between different teams to ensure seamless integration, and projects can be executed flawlessly.
  • Developing and planning out the work and working out the plan to complete the desired goals.
  • Defining the requirements, implementing processes, and managing systemic work integration, verification, and testing.
  • Developing key architectural approaches; managing engaging teams; and evaluating emerging technologies, if needed.
  • Identifying & allocating resources effectively, ensuring that the right people with the right skills are assigned to engage and involve.
  • Identifying budgets, supporting special earlier quotes, and specifying resources needed - timely & efficiently; optimizing costs while maintaining quality standard of works.
  • Developing and maintaining the integration of people, processes and systems.
  • Providing ongoing visibility of what is going on, and next step to execution plan.

 

The candidate must be entrepreneurial, creative and passionate about working at the environment that required fast-paced execution condition, focusing on total cost optimization from innovating to enabling more cost competitive introduction of InVue products to the marketplace.  This leader MUST be a well-rounded integration person in project executions.

 

He/she will forge and manage strategic partnerships with key peoples within InVue, key primary suppliers and component suppliers in Asia.  Might also need to serve as the liaison point with the Engineering Team, Program Managers, as well as the Charlotte SCM Team, in the Asia/US to oversee the assessment, development and execution of potential projects.

 

This person will assist AOPS Operations Director to address sensitive matters, grey and ambiguous issues to drive continuous improvements and resolutions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL ABILITIES

 

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, information technology, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a project management role.  Experience in systems integration or a related field is preferred.
    • Familiar with manufacturing processes, tooling, & environments - good project management experience to understand how to perform or apply the right integration – people and process.
  • Training: Training in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall would be a plus.  But a training in systems/works integration or a related field is also desirable.
  • Certifications: Certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2, are preferred.  Certifications in systems integration or a related field are also preferred.

  • Travel requirement:
    • Coordinate various face-to-face meetings at relevant places to ensure projects are executed well.
    • Might need to make trips to InVue Charlotte occasionally to discuss integration works and expectations.
