The Shipping Clerk will primarily be responsible for performing the timely and accurate processing of customer orders utilizing UPS World Ship and FedEx Ship Manager. The Shipping Clerk will perform other Pick / Pack / Audit functions as required.

First Shift Hours: 5:00a.m. to 1:30p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process parcel shipment orders utilizing UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping software
• Act as the primary back up for LTL shipment scheduling
• Performs picking, packing, auditing and shipping activities per company guidelines
• Follows customer specific order processing requirements including special labeling and documentation
• Meets or exceeds company order processing goals and objectives
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Performs other warehouse activities as assigned
   

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager required
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be organized and pay strong attention to detail
• Ability to take and follow direction
