Role: SAP CRM Technical Consultant


Qualifications and Experience:
  
  • Experience between 5 to 6  years of experience 
  • Minimum Two full life-cycle implementations of S4HANA SERVICE & SAP CRM module and 1-2 years of support experience
  • Performed detailed system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in large-scale project implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM & S4HANA Service business processes
  • Extensive configuration experience with SAP CRM for B2B and B2C solutions
  • SAP CRM Master Data, Order Management experience
  • Work closely with ABAP, Basis, and other teams in the design and implementation of SAP CRM functionality.
  • Cross-functional team experience, excellent configuration, and techno-functional skills.
  • Knowledge of Integration of IC Web Client. With CLI& CTI will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Financial inquiries in IC Web Client will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Dispute Management in IC Web Clients will be an added advantage.
  • Should have in depth knowledge on Web UI application programming model
  • Should have expertise on CRM ABAP programming model
  • Need to know base customization in CRM module
  • Should be knowing the new integrated S4CRM module inside S4HANA box.
