LSI seeks a senior functional consultant to implement the Recruiting Management and Onboarding modules of SAP SuccessFactors. Qualified candidates will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
SAP Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or Onboarding, with a minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations, from planning to configuration through go-live;
  • Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module, preferably Recruiting Management and/or Onboarding;
  • Certification in Recruiting Marketing highly desirable.
  • Configure Candidate Profiles, Recruitment templates, Recruitment pipeline, integration with ONB, E-verification, Background checks, Business Rules, security i.e. any aspect of Recruitment module
Project Requirements
  • Demonstrate a successful record of providing SAP SuccessFactors module implementation specialization to clients to achieve defined business outcomes, along with configuration and testing;
  • Demonstrate successful full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live;
  • Demonstrate functional knowledge of Employee Central;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions;
  • Provides knowledge transfer to customer throughout the project;
  • Responsible for assisting in the management of module scope;
  • Advise clients on configuration, documentation, and business solutions;
  • Actively participate in client discussions and meetings;
  • Demonstrate extensive abilities configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions;
  • Public sector experience highly desirable.

Education
  • BA/BS in business administration, computer science and/or related fields preferred.
