Role - SAP FICO Senior Associate Consultant
                                                                                                 
Responsibilities 
  • Work on Incidents, Tickets, Change Requests, and Change Management processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
  • Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Serve as an efficient consultant for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Should be able to adapt and work in a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Should be willing to work in Japan, UK, and US rotational shift timings.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA (Finance or equivalent) or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Senior Associate Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S4 HANA environments.
  • The candidate should have relevant exposure to Financial Accounting, i.e., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling.
  • Should know FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Good understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
  • SAP certification in FICO / S4 HANA Finance is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP S4 HANA Finance is a plus.

  • Lead and focus project team efforts in developing solutions for client situations.
  • Evaluate and design applications and/or technical architectures.

  • Meet billing efficiency targets and comply with all administrative responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.
  • Keep project management aware of project direction and client concerns.
  • Understand client’s business and technical environments.
  • Prepare status reports regularly.
