Corporate Quality Manager

Remote | Approximately 50% Travel

How You Will Create Value

  • Establish, implement, and maintain corporate quality standards, policies, procedures, specifications, and performance expectations for products and services.
  • Harmonize quality test methods, laboratory practices, data systems, specifications, reporting, and document-control processes across all three locations.
  • Monitor and analyze quality, laboratory, production, and process data to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities, and verify that effective process controls are in place.
  • Continuously improve feed safety and quality programs to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, customer expectations, and certification requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and support location quality leaders while clarifying responsibilities, strengthening execution, and encouraging professional development.
  • Lead or support investigations involving nonconformances, process deviations, supplier issues, and customer concerns, including root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.

What You Will Need to Be Successful in the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, engineering, food science, chemistry, biology, quality, or a related discipline.
  • Quality or feed safety experience in a manufacturing environment.  This can be within food, animal feed, ingredients, mineral processing, or a related industrial sector.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or managing quality management and food or feed safety systems in compliance with feed safety regulations and GMPs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence employees and leaders across multiple locations without relying solely on direct authority.
  • Preferred: PCQI, HACCP, Safe Feed/Safe Food, lead auditor, or a comparable certification; supplier and laboratory oversight; audit and inspection experience; and knowledge of mining, mineral processing, bulk material handling, or heavy industrial operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Targeted salary range for this position is $135,000-190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
