How You Will Create Value

  • Maintain comprehensive capital expenditure forecasts and analyze project cost variances.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, including NPV, IRR, and other project return calculations.
  • Assess and quantify key risks and opportunities for capital projects.
  • Oversee and maintain the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling tools, including the three-statement company forecast model.
  • Support the annual strategic planning process through site-level and company-level scenario analysis.
  • Analyze current and past trends of KPI’s including all areas of revenue, direct expenses, overhead and capital expenditures

What You Will Need to Be Successful in the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of related experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cash flow modeling.
  • Preferred : Experience in mining, agriculture, energy, or a public company, and a CPA, CFA, or MBA designation.

Compensation & Benefits

Targeted salary range for this position is $130,000 - $147,000 annually. Salary is commensurate with experience and skill set. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans with generous employer premium contributions, as well as 401(k) with employer match, bonus programs, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and wellness benefits.
