Plant Operator

Drive Production. Power Progress. 

12-hour rotating day/night shifts, Monday through Thursday, plus two Fridays per month. Overtime is expected through 2026 during the transition to a third crew; afterward, the schedule is expected to include one seven-day-long change per month. Schedule is subject to change.

How You Will Create Value 

• Monitor and support the reliable operation of industrial plant equipment, including belt conveyors, pumps, screw conveyors, product elevators, and product screens.
• Maintain environmental requirements by monitoring dust emissions, scrubber flow, and pressure readings.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, bulldozers, and front-end loaders.
• Complete pre-shift inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment cleanup; promptly report safety hazards.
• Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas and support safe, efficient production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need to Be Successful in the Role 

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of general labor and/or industrial plant experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in a non-temperature-controlled environment, around loud noise, and in changing weather conditions while wearing required PPE.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds; climb stairs or ladders; work at heights; and perform strenuous physical activity.
