Customer Support Agent
Do you have a passion for customer service? Martindale-Avvo, a division of Internet Brands, is on the hunt for a client-oriented Client Services Representative to support our Captorra product.
As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the point of contact for our law firm clients, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat. Additionally, this position will start and over the escalation process for unresolved customer problems. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual looking to expand their customer support experience.
A little more about the role…
- Respond to and resolve a wide range of inquiries with a focus on more technical and product questions, in accordance with department guidelines.
- Using sound judgment, triage and escalate client concerns to appropriate senior team members or appropriate support departments as needed.
- Work on other projects as assigned by management.
This position will require you to report to our Philadelphia office.
The hours required for this position are: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
What we’re looking for…
Customer Service experience - you’re a champion for great service and have worked directly with customers in the past. Whether it be in retail, food service, or traditional customer support, client satisfaction has always been your priority.
Excellent communication skills - you communicate effectively in both verbal and written capacity, you have the ability to remain professional, courteous, and friendly under pressure.
Strong attention to detail - you have pristine organizational skills, and can efficiently multitask without sacrificing your quality of work.
You’re a team player - you have a positive, can-do attitude. You don’t mind jumping in to lend a hand from time to time and are happy to share your thoughts and ideas to improve the overall productivity of the team.
