Lead Development Representative

Los Angeles based, Internet Brands, Inc. is currently seeking a Lead Development Representative to join our affiliate, eDoctors. eDoctor’s Lead Development Representatives strive to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with prospective clients. They actively identify and pursue leads, address customer’s questions and concerns, and meet
sales quotas. Meeting and exceeding revenue goals will be accomplished through multiple prospect interactions over the phone and by utilizing Salesforce to manage a lead list. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, self-starter, who is results oriented in nature, with a bias for action and the ability to work as an individual or within a team environment.

-Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision makers.
-Create leads and demos/presentations that will turn into business through persistence.
- 3-6 month comprehensive training program. During this training period you will be mentored by one of our experienced Account Executives.
- After 2 weeks of training, LDRs are required to make a minimum of 40 calls per day, and have a goal of setting 2 presentations per week. After month two, LDRs have a goal of setting 5 presentations per week. 
- LDRs are expected to demonstrate the skills required to be promoted to AE in approximately 6 months. Promotion to AE requires the consistent attainment of goals and the recommendation of the Sales Manager.

- 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Proficiency in Email, Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point programs for presentations.
- Working knowledge of websites and Internet marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business; or equivalent work related experience.
