The Internet Brands Growth Hub is our central team identifying and driving next-generation, Product-led growth opportunities – across Health, Legal, and other industries where IB helps people navigate life’s most complex journeys.

The Director Product Operations will be responsible for building the needed product strategy and delivery capabilities for this Product-centric team and ongoing management of all key Product processes and functions. Working with a broad group of business, product, and technology leaders, this individual will ensure prioritization and successful delivery of initiatives across all verticals - and we have the needed capabilities and resources to reach our goals.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, execute, and deliver key growth initiatives within multiple areas of the company.
- Strategically advise on priorities, options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on other business priorities.
- Identify and deliver capabilities, resources, and teams needed to achieve essential product and initiative goals.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives and capabilities to strategic objectives.
- Provide transparent, frequent updates, manage sponsor expectations and keep all stakeholders informed of the progress of all projects.
- Lead the identification and implementation of the product management processes and methodologies best suited to support the evolving needs of product strategy and delivery teams.
- Direct the management, implementation, and reporting of multiple large and complex initiatives: develop timelines, make staffing decisions based on assessing team members' skills and workloads, and identify potential obstacles.
- Provide training and development opportunities and serve in a mentoring role for the team.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing programs with multiple projects/work streams (ideally in a web/software company).
- Demonstrated experience and implementation success with various agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in a growth-focused role, ideally including significant hiring or capability planning
