Description

Martindale-Avvo is looking for a full time Sales Development Representative to join our New Providence, NJ, team! The Sales Development Representative plays a critical part in supporting the Martindale-Hubbell sales team and will drive new business opportunities to provide marketing solutions to our law firm clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Prospect and engage with prospective clients via outbound and cold calling activity.

Relationship Building: Grow and maintain an active pipeline, secure and identify qualified ‘sales ready’ leads by identifying key decision maker.

Knowledgeable: Ability to communicate effectively the benefits of digital marketing solutions, demonstrate urgency and understanding of client’s needs.

Achieve: Understand key performance metrics, routinely meet and exceed sales quotas.


Must Haves:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a telesales environment with a proven track record of success. 
- Self-starter, with a hunter mentality. 
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with prior experience in building client relations. 
- Tech-savvy, experience in using MS Office or Google Suite applications. 
- Prior use and knowledge of Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tools.
