Core Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Identify Decision Makers: Research and engage qualified leads for the Legal Growth Engine, targeting attorneys and law firms ready to grow their practices.
- Cold Call with Confidence: Leverage your cold-calling expertise to initiate meaningful conversations with prospective clients, establish rapport, and uncover their needs.
- Build Relationships and Trust: Cultivate relationships with prospects, guiding them through the decision-making process and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Communicate Value Effectively: Present the features and benefits of the Legal Growth Engine in a consultative manner, addressing client challenges and demonstrating how our solution drives measurable results.
- Set Appointments and Warm Handoff of prospects: Successfully set up law firms with the Legal Growth Engine custom sales presentation and ensure a smooth handoff experience.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Track performance metrics and consistently achieve or surpass individual and team sales targets.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Cold Caller: Proven success in cold calling and initiating conversations with new prospects.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Strategic and Consultative: Capable of identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and thinking strategically to close deals.
- Sales Background: Prior experience in consultative sales or business development is highly preferred.
- Experienced Cold Caller: Proven success in cold calling and initiating conversations with new prospects.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This role starts with a base of $42k + commission.
