Austin based, Ngage ICS, an affiliate of Internet Brands, Inc., helps high-end service providers build their sales pipeline and increase their revenue by converting website traffic into pre-qualified leads. Ngage utilizes a unique live chat operating tool, service, and approach to convert web visitors and consumers into contacts for our clients.

We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our team. Your responsibilities involve the overall support and fulfilment of client operations with a focus on health care providers. You will assist in onboarding new clients, both collecting the relevant information and executing the tasks necessary to build their accounts and set up their chat service. You will help troubleshoot issues with the chat service, which may range from the straightforward to the complex. You will also have the opportunity to use and develop your skills in web-based languages (HTML/CSS/Javascript) to address more complex client problems.

Job Requirements:

  • - Basic proficiency with common office software required. (email, spreadsheets, documents).
  • - Beginner-level knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript is required. (Formal training is not required).
  • 1 - 2 years prior experience in a sales or customer support environment
