Los Angeles based, Internet Brands, is currently seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to join our team, 

Requirements:
- Prior Front Office experience preferred.
- High School Diploma acceptable; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Due to the visibility and impact of this role, consistent attendance is necessary
- Confident, self- motivated and takes initiative
- Must display good listening, interpersonal and customer service skills, positive attitude and friendly
- Must have professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365/G Suite
- Prioritizing, organizational and follow-up skills are a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Essential competencies skills (accountability, ethics/integrity, team player, embraces change, creative and problem solver)
- Consistently use good judgment and exercise discretion
- Must be able to multitask and successfully complete assigned tasks and projects by due dates
- Ability to manage high call volume using multiple phone lines
- Interest in learning and continuous development
- The Office Coordinator provides general office support with a variety of operational and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Check and maintain all equipment, services and systems in the office
- Implement and maintain all Security and Life Safety procedures
- Fulfill all Facility requests by working with building management and/or the appropriate vendors
- Assist in employee on-boarding and termination processes
- Assist with employee desks moves and relocations
- Assist with space planning/reconfiguration
- Help maintain a clean, orderly, functional office space
- Sign and distribute incoming packages
- Support Facilities management team as necessary and perform tasks necessary for the overall success, efficiency and productivity of the department
- Help manage office projects and on going maintenance of the space
- Help maintain all conference rooms to upkeep a cleanly and neat appearance
- Answer all emails in a timely and professional manner
- Help support the Project Manager in a collaborative team effort
- Perform front desk coverage including answering the phone and greeting all visitors and guests
- Maintain all employee lists and documents
- Issue and inventory all guest badges
