iMatrix, a leading Healthcare digital marketing company serving over 10,000 small and medium-sized health and wellness businesses, is seeking a Sr. Director of Marketing & Business Operations to drive its strategic direction. This leader will bring fresh ideas, a strategic mind, and a track record of growing businesses. The position reports to the Health Division General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Manage business team responsible for day-to-day operations (Sales, Marketing, Customer service, Account management).
  • Lead iMatrix go-to-market strategy. Manage and implement a marketing strategy to support iMatrix business plan. Design, manage, and evaluate the ROI of campaigns across email, PPC, SEO, social media, trade show, partnership, and affiliate channels with the aim of driving inbound leads for our outbound telesales team. Lead the marketing team, and oversee design workflow for projects that span print, online, video, and multimedia.
  • Partner with tech and product teams to develop product strategy to provide best-in-class offering and drive incremental revenue opportunities
  • Understand and develop strategies and activities to grow customers in a profitable manner.
Experience/Skills:
  • Track record of successfully driving results and growing revenue ($20M+) and profit for online/software/SaaS business.
  • B2B marketing experience required (online, email, creative, research, and analytics); online marketing management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with lead generation and related software (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Silverpop)
  • BA degree, MBA preferred
  • Ability to develop relationships with and influence senior executives to middle managers to technical individual contributors.
  • Strong business sense – an excellent understanding of costs and benefits and an ability to use that understanding to drive priorities.
  • Analytical – demonstrated experience tracking core business metrics and driving decisions based on that data.
  • Organized – able to keep multiple balls in the air and deconstruct complex activities into their component parts, track those parts, and manage activities to completion.
  • A “talent magnet” with a strong track record of successfully recruiting and developing talent to build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to take complex information and succinctly and effectively communicate both in verbal and written formats.
  • Experience driving growth and efficiencies through data-driven acquisition across digital channels.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
