Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support all lead generation efforts for the marketing team in order to continue Officite's growth within the medical verticals. This individual will monitor all incoming leads from a variety of channels (web, email, social media etc.), ensure they are properly stored in our Salesforce CRM, enrich them and qualify them before they are assigned to sales. This person will also assist the Analytics team gathering the necessary campaign performance data in order to have proper attribution of leads, opportunities and deals sold. This role will have a close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams. The role requires excellent organizational skills, as well as a strong eye for detail. 

Essential functions

  • Review and augment all incoming leads from different marketing channels 
  • Ensure leads get to Salesforce CRM and are assigned to Sales timely
  • Gather key campaign performance data for different marketing channels
  • Monitor opportunities to ensure proper marketing campaign attribution
  • Maintain and enrich the quality and integrity of the sales and marketing database.


Competencies

  • 1+ years of experience with digital marketing
  • Experience with database management and reporting on campaign analytics
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot preferred 
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Required education and experience

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar

 

Preferred education and experience

  • Experience with Salesforce and various marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot preferred
