  • Assess, hire, and manage writers and editors for this expanded legal content, and run day-to-day content production.
  • Work with the editorial team and business leaders to help develop and implement content initiatives.
  • Find and work with third-party content providers, freelance contributors, and story sources.
  • Edit content for style, grammar, spelling, and brand voice, ensuring every published piece meets the highest standards.
  • Track content performance, user behavior, and traffic patterns, and make strategic decisions based on that data.
  • Own the editorial vision, provide leadership, and be goal oriented toward article quality and performance.

  • Creative individual with a strong business sense who can deliver engaging content on time and on budget.
  • 3+ years of proven editorial and online content production experience at an enterprise level.
  • Ability to manage, train, and mentor a network of external freelancers.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills, with an ability to elevate every piece of content you touch.
  • Hands-on experience integrating SEO into editorial content to achieve ranking and traffic success.
  • Excellent team skills: communication, organization, collaboration.
  • Strong project management skills. Must be proactive and able to juggle and follow through on all aspects of a project until it’s complete.
  • Proficient with website analytics, and able to use that data to inform overall strategy.
  • Goal-oriented professional with a positive, can-do attitude.
