The Recruiting Operations Manager will report to the VP, Talent Acquisition, and enable our Internet Brands "IB" recruiting team by developing and delivering the most efficient and effective processes to ensure that we achieve our growth goals. You will help refine our recruiting machine while providing the best candidate and customer experience. We are looking for someone passionate and experienced in business operations and operational excellence.

You'll partner with senior leadership, outside vendors/partners, and human resource leaders to drive perpetual performance improvement and operational excellence proactively.

Components of this position include:

  • Support the talent acquisition team, proactively align with recruiting goals, assist with workflow development, and improve all processes. Incorporate current technologies, recruiting strategies, data, and techniques to support the organization's efforts to streamline and support growth.
  • Manage changes and enhancements to the Talent Acquisition applicant tracking system Jobvite and relationships with our outside partners, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Manage the discovery, implementation, and administration of systems, tools, and resources. Provide reporting and insights demonstrating recruiting/funnel effectiveness Partner with external vendors to update tool efficiencies and drive change management and communication plans to ensure adoption and maximum usability of any changes to the Talent Acquisition tech stack.
  • Effectively drive ad hoc projects and programs across the recruiting team—leverage quantitative and qualitative methodologies to make decisions and recommendations on critical and strategic initiatives.
  • Recommend and create recruiting reports and analytics that demonstrate insights and drive process improvements for recruiting and functional leaders.
  • Manage a team of recruiting coordinators

Needed experience:

  • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics to understand opportunities within the recruiting funnel and developing data-driven recommendations
  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability in Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or related Operation fields, ideally at a high-growth technology company that has seen scale
  • Project and/or program management experience across multiple work streams and functions
  • Success in creating and delivering short and long term strategies and plans
  • Strong project management skills and operational rigor, able to translate vision into action. ATS knowledge. Experience with Jobvite is also preferred
