Sales Enablement Program Manager

We’re building a high performance sales enablement team that is hyper-focused on measurably driving sales rep performance across Avvo and Martindale-Hubbell. Partnering with sales leaders, marketing, the broader enablement team, 3rd party partners (we use Sales Force, Outreach, Conversica, among other platforms), and other constituents, this person will develop, launch, and mainline programs that specifically drive rep efficiency and top line sales. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the primary point of contact with 3rd-party sales tool partners (Outreach, Conversica, etc.)
  • Proactively seek out methods to improve the use of current systems
  • Identify and resolve gaps in the sales process
  • Partner with Sales Trainers and other departments to identify and quantify ongoing training needs and metrics for success
  • Partner with SFA Admin and sales enablement team to implement process changes 
  • Lead the development of tools/reporting to enable sales reps and managers to meet sales expectations
  • Manage daily reporting
  • Serve as a project manager to execute internal initiatives including:
    • Coordination of resources and external vendors to execute work
    • Acting as point-of-contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
    • Partnering with initiative sponsor to develop project scope and objectives
    • Facilitating working sessions to drive progress on initiatives
    • Providing status updates to relevant stakeholders
    • Reporting and escalating items to management as needed
    • Maintaining sales enablement software that ensures easy accessibility and provides needed capabilities for sellers

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, project management or learning and development
  • Measurable experience having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rates, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc. is a plus
  • Experience with Sales Force, Pardot, Outreach and/or Conversica is a plus
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training is a plus
