Our team is on the hunt for an extremely organized and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our Philadelphia office. 

The Project Coordinator will become an expert-level user of our CRM product and work in cohesion with our implementation and support teams to analyze business and system requirements, outline existing opportunities and problems and provide solutions to our law firm clients. 

What does the Project Coordinator do? 

As a Project Coordinator, you will become an expert-level user of our CRM product and the SME of all things Captorra! You will lead new and existing client meetings to analyze business and system requirements. You will outline and document existing opportunities and issues within the requirements and provide solutions within the scope of the Captorra solutionYou are a primary point of contact for projects you are involved with and will be responsible for documenting tasks and action items as well as scheduling to ensure your projects stay on task. Additionally, you will oversee project follow up calls and updates, participate in user training and conduct environment audits and calls.

What we’re looking for… 
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing role. Preferably in a consultative or support position.
- Understanding of and experience in the SaaS space. 
- Impeccable time-management skills, with experience scheduling and maintaining deadlines.   
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
- Strong Office Suite or Google Business Application skills
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. 
- Prior experience working with a CRM (i.e Salesforce or Dynamics) is highly desired. 
- JIRA, or use of other ticketing systems is a plus.
