Education: Any Graduate

Experience:  6+ years

Work timings: 1 PM to 10 PM

Position Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in US IT/Non-IT sourcing and recruitment for Mid to Senior level requirements
  • Experience in full recruitment cycle with exposure in recruiting for niche skills
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media and job boards
  • Good knowledge of US compensation structures and Labour laws & regulations
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in interacting with US stakeholders
  • Experience in building and managing 5 or more sourcing / recruiting team members and ensuring high performance
  • Willingness to work in 50-70% as an Individual contributor role
  • Self-motivated with willingness to learn and take initiatives beyond basic responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the US Recruitment team by sourcing and providing relevant profiles to support US hiring and anticipate future needs
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfils hiring needs
  • Build talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovate methods
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
